A World Citizen Peace Ambassador is an individual who commits to living the Five Peace Actions and promoting peace within themselves, others, our natural world and globally!

Peace Education

Free peace education training, programs, workshops and events are provided throughout the year to support your growth, development, leadership and peace action. Most offerings are virtual to accommodate our global community.

Five Peace Actions 

Download your Five Peace Actions (.pdf and/or .png) as a visible reminder of your commitment to peace in action. Display or share this resource in community spaces, classrooms, workplaces, presentations or online to spark conversation, inspire others, and reinforce peace as a daily practice. Proclamation Certificate / Certificate of Appreciation 

This certificate is a meaningful symbol of your commitment to living the Five Peace Actions. It affirms your role as a World Citizen Peace Ambassador and recognizes the courage, integrity, and intention you bring to fostering peace within yourself, your community, and the world. By sharing or displaying this certificate, you help inspire others, strengthen a global culture of peace, and make your promise to lead with compassion, justice, and responsibility visible.

Member Logos

As a member, you can use the World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center official member logo to indicate that you or your organization are part of this movement! The logo can be used in any public-facing materials, even when the World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center as an organization is not directly involved. For example: on your website, in your email signature, on business cards, event flyers, social media posts and more.

Downloads (.png) provide a few color and transparency options to match your style preference! Your usage of the logo helps create visibility for World Citizen and demonstrates your commitment to the Five Peace Actions and our shared mission.

These moments of visibility help amplify your peace work, celebrate your leadership and inspire others by sharing real stories of peace in action from our global community.

Though we love seeing folks’ peace action, we kindly request you do NOT send us unsolicited writings, photos or videos via email or contact form. Please wait until we have put out a call to action to the community.

In our WhatsApp group: World Citizen PAC (Peace Actions): Peace Ambassadors are invited to share about their peace actions and sometimes we will request your permission to reshare this publicly via our social media Peace Ambassador Spotlights.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your membership is valid for one year and expires at the end of the month in which you registered. To maintain uninterrupted access to the member space and benefits, you must renew your membership by re-registering through our website (www.worldcitizenpeace.org) by the first day of the month following expiration.

    Example: If you register on March 7, 2026, your membership will expire on March 31, 2027. To continue access, you must renew (re-register) by April 1, 2027. If not renewed by this date, access to the member space will be removed.

    • If you keep your payment on file, we will automatically renew your membership!

    • If you need partial or full sponsorship, please plan on renewing your membership by re-registering on our website prior to your member expiration.

  • We strive to get you access quickly, yet also ask for your patience - please give us up to a week to review and approve new WhatsApp HQ and/or group members.

  • Yes, you may indicate that you are a volunteer with the World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center on your resume/CV -  but you must specify this is VOLUNTEER (in service).

    As outlined in our Membership Agreement: Peace Ambassadors are NOT employees, agents, contractors, legal representatives, or credentialed officials of the World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center and agree not to represent themselves with any of these or related titles.

  • As a volunteer Peace Ambassador, we refer to you as an official member and you can utilize the resources provided in the Member Space as described (e.g. member logo), however you are NOT an official representative of the organization. 


    As outlined in our Membership Agreement: Peace Ambassadors act solely in a personal, voluntary capacity and may not speak on behalf of, enter into agreements for, or formally represent World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center in any official, legal, financial, political, or organizational capacity.

  • Make sure to read our [World Citizen] newsletter sent to your email! Through those communications, along social media and WhatsAPP, we share opportunities to Reach Out In Service within our organization. Our Peace Ambassador Advisory Councils also guide our strategic plans and initiatives.

    As a Peace Ambassador, your action, advocacy and leadership within your family and local community create crucial ripples of peace actions felt around the globe! 

  • You definitely don’t want to miss the [World Citizen] newsletters, as this is our primary form of communication with our Peace Ambassador community!

    If you’re not receiving our newsletter, it may be landing in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. To make sure our emails reach your inbox:

    • Check your Spam or Junk folder and look for an email from us.

    • Mark the email as “Not Spam” (or “Move to Inbox”).

    • Add our email address to your contacts or safe sender list.

    • If you use Gmail, drag our email to the Primary tab if it appears under Promotions.

    • If your email is part of an organization (school, district, workplace), check with your IT team, as filters may block external emails.

    Taking these steps helps email providers recognize our messages as trusted, ensuring you don’t miss important updates, resources, or community announcements.

  • Keep in mind we offer free virtual peace education opportunities as part of your membership benefits (see above)!

    Sometimes we offer or partner with other organizations to offer fee-based programs or trainings. A limited number of scholarships are offered for these opportunities, which we announce through our [World Citizen] newsletter. Though all Peace Ambassador members are eligible for scholarships to exclusive peace education trainings and peacelearning programs, when offered, there is an application process and spots are limited.

  • Peace Ambassadors commit to living the Five Peace Actions, yet we are also perfectly imperfect humans. Utilize compassionate peacebuilding and conflict resolution skills/strategies to try to resolve any interpersonal concerns.

    As outlined in our Membership Agreement, when registering as a Peace Ambassador one acknowledged and agreed to: 

    • Engage in good faith with the Peace Ambassador community, upholding respectful communication, positive representation, and the shared values of peace and nonviolence.

    • Understand that the World Citizen Peace Ambassador Center may revoke Peace Ambassador status if my actions violate organizational by-laws, the mission, Five Peace Actions, or otherwise harm the organization or its reputation.
