The Five Peace Actions are SEEK peace within yourself and others, REACH OUT in service, PROTECT the environment, RESPECT diversity and BE a responsible citizen of the world

This is also an invitation to seek peace in your life and to share the Five Peace Actions with children/youth, through your work and in community.

The Five Peace Actions were developed by the non-profit World Citizen Peace who empower people to create a just and peaceful world.

Julie Lillie

Founder & Author

Julie Lillie is an empowering peace & justice centered consultant with over 16 years of experience in leadership, coaching, strategic planning, organizational management, curriculum/tech design and facilitating learning with children, youth and adults.

Julie’s career, personal experiences and beliefs about the intersections of peace, justice, literacy and mental, social and emotional well-being anchor her vision of evolving our educational systems. She is dedicated to mainstreaming peace and justice education in preK-12 environments, as well as with people at all ages and stages of life. Julie feels honored and humbled to help foster these gifts, that overtime, will bring about peace in our world.

The Peace Pad was envisioned in partnership with Dr. Carey Seeley. Dr. Seeley has been an educator, coach and leader for over 20 years in diverse settings. Julie and Carey are co-authors of Empowering Peace and Justice Education: An Actionable Framework for Elementary Educators and Learners.
